Can't believe Abs hasn't got any reviews on here yet. Taken three cars to him now, asked for affordable repair options and he's always met the brief perfectly. He's fixed superficial paint issues and some bigger dents and prangs quickly and without emptying my wallet. Obviously takes pride in his work and customer service.

I bought a dashcam off Amazon and needed it installing. This place was the most reasonable quote of three companies. It was installed within an hour and looks like it came with the car. Really great job, no fuss and I'm really happy with it.

Superb service. We had an intermittent fault with no audio in our Citroen C-Crosser. We were told there’d be a standard diagnostic fee, and they’d then let us know what they found. The car was fixed within a couple of hours of dropping it off, and we were only charged £20 on top of the diag fee for the repair. Sean could not have been more helpful, and I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Purchased all main service components for both my van and car plus brake discs, pads, glow plugs, calliper paint and axle stands during a 50% discount period. Ordered online and collected same day for most items, next day by 10.00am when not in stock. Found all parts of great quality and the weekday staff member very helpful and efficient. Great prices online, but let down on collection by chaotic parking arrangements and a pitifully understaffed trade counter. I was queuing for 15 minutes, yet there was only one person manning the counter and another seemed more interested in the sandwich van outside and nipped out. More staff please.

Chris was great he didn’t try to talk me into buying something but listened to what I wanted and gave good advice. So I bought a Kenwood 4018 dab and fitting kit. He fitted it with great care and was very professional. The guys are great to talk to as well. Sounds so much better than the factory fitted one. Thank you.

Recently went to the Nottingham branch to get a new head unit, speakers, sub and amplifier fitted to my Honda Civic as well as having the doors deadened. The guys there are really friendly, knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed. The attention to detail and quality of the work was second to none. A job well done, my car now sounds incredible.

Recently bought a surround sound set up and blue ray player. Tom was helpful to us above and beyond the call of duty. Helped us to pick a system that not only fits our living room size wise, but also sounds out of this world. To go from a cheap sound bar to this is like having your ears kissed by angels! We can't get over how good the sound is from such tiny speakers. Can't recommend these guys highly enough, they are very helpful, very knowledgeable and are proper sound nerds through and through. We will never visit Currys again!

We always go to Richer Sounds and today’s visit reinforced this. Was just served by Tony who has spent so much time with us educating us how to use our SONOS surround we already have and what we needed to add to it. Was so impressed with the knowledge and excellent customer service, especially at home time on a Sunday! Tony and the team were brill, thanks so much.

Went here last week to buy scooters for grandchildren. The staff were so courteous and patient. Put scooters together for us in shop. Subsequently one wasn't right for child so they dismantled that and put another together for us. Given these are quite low cost items I thought the service was excellent!

Fabulous customer service! Alex was great. Excellent knowledge of the car we wanted including technical spec and previous history. When it came to buying the car he was honest and upfront about everything included in the sale. At no point did I ever feel like I was being ripped off. Helpful staff and great options for purchasing a new car however I was never once asked if I wanted a drink like other showrooms and I had to approach a member of staff rather than the other way around which didn't make me feel like a valuable potential customer

Good customer service and affordable prices

Not the cheapest, but a semi affordable young driver rate makes them a good choice when you're under 25. Service was fast and pleasant, and good car choices. Only real issue is how isolated the location is, not the easiest to reach if you're without a car, who surely are the majority of those trying to rent?

Having tried a few car rental places around, I cannot describe how much better Arnold Clark is then any of the others. They are cheaper you can get a £0 excess, the cars are clean well looked after The staff are also very nice, never been seen by anyone less than wonderful lovely! There is also free coffee! Wont go anywhere else for car rentals ever and will probably buy my first car from them!

Quite busy when i went and only two members of staff, but they multi tasked and and responded to all the customers as best as they could.

Got nice car. However there was some warning messages which was not informed while handover. I spend some time to call emergency team to clarify during my travel.

Great value Luton van hire. The van was very well maintained and the tail lift was a god send. They were very understanding when circumstances changed and we needed the van longer, we were allowed to keep it over night for a small extra fee

Cheap tyres and friendly people

Incredibly friendly salesman who made me and my friend feel at home whilst on a visit to Nottingham. I do not normally write reviews but I feel that the welcome I received was second to none and deserved a few minutes of my time. On returning home to Dublin today I have discovered that I have misplaced his business card and I cannot for the life of me remember his name. I believe it may have been Daniel but if I am wrong then I apologise. Regardless I would like to thank him for restoring my faith in modern motorcycle dealers.

Here is my experience of HBC Motorcycles. On arrival I was greeted by Marilyn who it seems works back of office and couldn't answer my questions so referred me to Darren the salesman. It was very refreshing talking to Darren as in my experience it is unusual for a salesman to put his money where his mouth is and own the brand he is selling. I have owned Harley Davidson, Triumph and Honda motorcycles and their salesmen either owned Japanese bikes or didn't even ride (the Honda salesman had never even passed a CBT)! Darren very quickly understood the style of motorcycles I like and suggested the Scout in green and ivory. Unfortunately they didn't have one in the showroom but he showed me a picture on his computer and I must say I was smitten. I left the dealer with a handful of material to read through and show my partner and she likes the Indian even more than my Triumph Thruxton. I returned on Saturday and spoke to Steve as Darren was on holiday. I asked to arrange a test ride but they didn't have any test ride bikes. I find this very disappointing as I won't be parting with £12,000 without a test ride. Steve just shrugged his shoulders and my initial high regard for this dealer was wiped out in an instant. This is why I have only rated HBC Motorcycles with 3 stars.

Nice dealership with really friendly helpful staff, definitely a step up from a lot of shops as they seem to have the best balance of helpful but not overbearing. I had a test ride spoke to Chris about a deal which was spot on and I pick my bike up next Wednesday. Oh and one last thing they don't charge a documentation fee which some dealers do and it's anywhere around a hundred pounds? Most of the time.

Purchase a bike from them. Thay put a new mot on it and checked out the bike it was all fine I went to pick the bike up the next day and thay found a fault on the rectifier. As I was going back to Wales and the parts had to be ordered he offered my money back. As the parts had to be delivered next day. So I said that I will wait. Thay found me a place to stay and made arranged for them to phone me the next day when the bike was done . I' found them very helpful and apologetic good service Recommended.
